SHIPPING POLICY

Insured shipping is via USPS priority mail which is 2 to 4 days shipping time or UPS ground which is 1 to 5 business days. Standard shipping is not insured and we are not responsible for lost mail. If you receive free shipping on your order we may choose the least expensive shipping method at our discretion. All items in stock will ship out the same business day or the next business day.

Posted delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery time may depend on destination. Expect longer shipping times in peak seasons.

​If you would like updates, including your tracking number sent to you,  be sure to use a valid e-mail when checking out. * DO NOT add it in the notes. Also please add us as a contact so that you will receive our emails. 

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Rafter S Mercantile, however should you need to return an item you will need to e-mail us at raftersmercantile@gmail.com. Return authorizations cannot be issued over the phone and returns will NOT be accepted without prior written authorization.

 

Christmas gifts may be returned or exchanged until at least 10 days after Christmas, otherwise our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it with original tags intact. No credit will be given for items with tags removed. It must also be in the original packaging with the required receipt or proof of purchase and returned within 10 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Handbags must be returned in an appropriate size box as to not cause damage to the item. Refunds will not be granted for damaged handbags. 

Shoes must be returned with the box they came in. Please do not tape your shipping label to the shoe box. It must be inside a shipping box.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You must pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the original cost (i.e. our cost) of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied for items you received via free shipping or you may choose store credit for the returned items.
