A quarter beef will net between 85-110 pounds of beef and costs between $600 - $900 with the average being $750. Plan to use 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space per quarter. The pricing is based on the hanging weight of the beef. Your non-refundable deposit of $200 secures your order for the next available quarter beef. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. These are “mixed quarters” which means you receive 25% of everything, including steaks, ground beef, roasts, etc. The final price will be known once processing begins.
