A half beef consists of approximately 170 – 220 lbs. of beef and costs between $1,300 – $1,600. The pricing is based on the hanging weight of the beef. Your non-refundable deposit of $400 secures your order for the next available half beef. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. A half beef includes steaks, ground beef, roasts, etc. A half beef will fit in a 9 cubic foot freezer. The final price will be known once processing begins.
